PRODUCTION
Quality control is something we at Max Graphics take very seriously. From the time your order is taken it is painstakingly checked throughout the process, every step of the way, from the time your order is taken, to the time it is shipped.
New jobs are assigned job numbers and scheduloed as soon as they are received. All packing lists are checked for accuracy of prices received.
Artwork can be designed in house received on disc. Both B&W and color proofs are available. Art capabilities include spot colors up to 10 colors, 4 color process, and simulated process on darks.
Is the most important process in assuring the job will print correctly. We use retensionable roller frames that are calibrated for each job.
Printing is done in one of our automatic M&R presses using pin registration for close tolerance quality.
The printed piece is then cured in our M&R 1,000,000 btu gas dryer, insuring total ink cure without scorching.
The finished job is then packed and shipped to your desired location using the UPS online computer system, insuring that your company name will be on the carton.
